The New IAEP hoof knife is made of high quality Japanese stainless steel and holds an edge like no other blade. This knife has a thinner back strap and hollow grind to help make each cut easier. The handle has been slimmed down and the edge of the blade moved away from the handle, so that the trimmer can hold closer to the blade for better control. This blade will outlast all others, even those expensive knives that you hear about. Give this knife a try, you will not be sorry.
